Once upon a time, in a big place called Texas, people made a new rule. The rule said some people couldn’t stay there if they didn’t arrive the right way. Then, some wise judges said, ‘Wait, let’s think about this rule again,’ and they paused it. Some people were happy, and some were not. 🏛️ They talked a lot to decide if the rule was good or not.
