Once upon a time, in a big school courtyard, many students gathered to share strong feelings about a far-away place. Some had signs of love; some sang songs of peace. Sadly, they disagreed, and their shouts grew loud. Tiny toy cars flew, and the air turned spicy with smells that made eyes water. People in shiny hats came to calm things down, saying, ‘Please go home,’ but the students wanted to stand for their friends. Amid the noise, a neighbor joined, saying it was important to speak up for peace. In other schools, tents rose and fell as these gatherings happened everywhere, showing a big family disagreement that reached even the big bosses of the school. Some got boo-boos, and others just wanted to learn quietly. But through it all, they learned that standing together and understanding each other was the real lesson.
