Once upon a time, there was a judge whose wife lifted a flag the wrong way up because of a not-nice word someone put up nearby. They had a big fuss with the people living next door over some very rude words and signs. Later, some people were not happy about the flag because it made them think of a story where some believed a mistake had happened during a big choice for leader. They said the judge should not help decide on stories about the leader choice because of the flag. In the judge’s neighborhood, everything looked peaceful, with no flags waving. Neighbors said the judge and his wife were friendly. 🏡🚩✉️ And the judge explained he had nothing to do with the flag. Some neighbors said they didn’t really know what the upside-down flag was supposed to mean but thought everyone has the right to show their feelings with flags if they want to. People are talking a lot about what judges should do to be fair and some think there should be rules. In the end, what matters is being kind and fair to everyone, and that’s the moral to the story.
