Once upon a time, in a place called Houston, a very strong wind and lots of rain came and made a lot of mess. It broke many things and even made the lights go out for many people. The wind was so strong it could push over trees and even make buildings get hurt. Some people got very sad because the storm was too rough. But the people in Houston are strong and started fixing everything, with helpers coming from many places. They also made sure everyone could stay cool and have clean water to drink.
