Once upon a time in a place called Rapidan, the people who take care of bridges and rivers were watching a big water wall very closely. They noticed a small break on one side but said the water wall is still standing strong! There’s no need for everyone to move away right now. Water is still moving around the break, and everyone is staying put until they hear more. 🌊💧
