Once upon a time, house prices went up and up because of low rates and not many houses to buy. People wanted homes, but there were not enough. The prices grew like magic beans, especially in places like Sydney. Even though not all places saw big jumps, like Melbourne and Canberra, others like Perth were shining stars. 🏠✨ The people who know about houses think prices might keep growing, but maybe not as fast. And that’s the short moral to the story. 🌟
