Once upon a time, in a faraway land called PNG, there were three big kids who were supposed to stop bad things. But, oh no! They started arguing and pointing fingers at each other. The grown-ups had to step in and tell them to take a break. Everyone was worried because these big kids were supposed to catch the baddies, but instead, they were too busy fighting.
