Once upon a time, in a big white house, where decisions are made, some helpers worked together to send treasures to friends far away in magical lands. They wanted the friends to feel safe and happy. There were helpers who disagreed, but many more said yes. In the end, they sent ships full of treasures across the big blue sea. And they hoped their friends would smile when they saw the treasures.
