Once upon a time, a big, important group of people who decide on rules said that in a place named Idaho, moms could get help if they were very, very sick. They said this was okay even if there were rules that usually said this help wasn’t allowed. They talked about a very old rule from 1986 that says hospitals have to help people who are very sick. The President and other people talked about this, saying it’s very important for moms to get help without having to go very far away. They also talked about how some places don’t let moms get help easily and that’s not good. But now, they are trying to make things better so moms can be safe. 🚑🤰❤️ And that’s the moral to the story.
