Once upon a time, there was a big decision by a court that said a town could decide if people could sleep outside. This town, in a place called Grants Pass, made rules about where people could sleep. ๐๏ธ But, in a land called Oregon, there was a special law protecting people who didn’t have homes, making sure they had places to stay warm and dry. ๐๏ธ๐ผ Many people talked about what this meant, from townsfolk to wise leaders, wondering how to help everyone have a home. One day, a bigger court said it’s okay for towns to make some rules, but in Oregon, they had to be very fair. ๐ณ And so, everyone kept looking for ways to make sure people had homes, discussing and planning together. The moral to the story is that it’s important to work together to help everyone have a warm place to call home. ๐ก
