Once upon a time, in a beautiful city called Paris, there was a big swim race planned for some amazing athletes. But, oh no! The river where they were going to swim got a bit yucky after it rained a lot. 🌧️ The people who organize the race said, ‘Wait, let’s not swim today. We want it to be super safe for everyone!’ They checked everything very carefully because they wanted the athletes to have the best time swimming in a famous river, the Seine. They even had plans just in case they needed to wait a bit longer for the river to be ready for a splash-tastic race! Some smart folks worked very hard to make the river nice and clean, spending lots of money and building special things to help keep the water sparkly. 🚴♂️🏃♀️💦 In the end, everyone hoped the athletes could swim happily and safely. And that’s the moral to the story.
