Once upon a time, Bridget McKenzie, who helps lead a team, admitted she forgot to tell the big Parliament house about 16 special plane seats she got after she had been saying lots of things about another leader and his plane seats. ๐Ÿ›ซโœˆ๏ธ๐Ÿ› She found she missed saying these out loud for some years. One time, she left a big job because she didn’t say she was part of a club that got a lot of treasure from a game gift. She didn’t say sorry for getting special seats and wanted to be sure she followed the rules. She even asked three plane companies to help her remember all the flights and special seats. Then, someone from another team said she made a mess by throwing mud that got back on her. She agreed she needs to follow the rules too and will make a list of all her special seats. The leader with the plane seats said he never asked for special seats directly but didn’t say his team never did. Anyway, he followed all the rules for telling about his plane seats. And so, the story shows even leaders need to check their stories and be nice. The moral of the story is that always checking the list twice makes sure you don’t forget important stuff.
