Once upon a time, in a land called Oregon, the leaders decided to change the rules about holding very small bad things. If someone had these tiny bad things, they now had to learn why it’s bad or go to time-out. The queen of the land, Governor Tina, was thinking really hard if this was a good idea because she wanted everyone to be safe and happy. Everyone in Oregon was hoping for a better place where people didn’t get hurt by these bad things. 🌈🏰🚓 Moral of the story: It’s important to always think about what keeps everyone safe and happy.
