Once upon a time, in a place known as Sydney, stories swirled around a big old racecourse and a plan to transform it into something magical. Mr. Minns, a kind man looking after Sydney, had an idea brought to him by a friend from many, many naps ago. This friend said, ‘What if this place where fast horses run could become a place where families grow, where kids like you could play, and lives flourish?’ Mr. Minns thought, ‘What a splendid tale to tell!’ So, he started dreaming with others, dreaming of homes, many homes, where there were races before. But not everyone liked this new story. Some said Mr. Minns and his friend were up to no good. Yet, Mr. Minns believed in their dream of change, of making more room for laughter, for living. And so, the tale twists and turns, with Mr. Minns standing firm, saying, ‘Let us build, let us play, let us grow!’ And that, little one, is the moral to the story. 🏇🏘️❤️
